Over the past few years, we've worked hard to bring Little Moons to customers all over the world and we are honoured to have that work recognised by the UK's most prestigious business awards, and in the year of the Platinum Jubilee!
What are the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise?
The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise is an awards programme for British businesses and other organisations who excel at international trade, innovation, sustainable development or promoting opportunity. This award is the most prestigious award for businesses in the UK and is globally recognised for it’s royal accreditation.
FROM FAMILY BAKERY TO INTERNATIONAL MOCHI ICE CREAM BRAND
Though we’ve been recognised for our international work, Little Moons has only been available in shops for 4 years. Vivien and Howard, our co-founders, grew up in their family bakery, with a passion for creating amazing food. It took them two years to master the art of the mochi-making process, working with top chefs and using quality ingredients to create perfect flavour combinations. To start with, our mochi ice cream was exclusively on menus, not on shelves.
Fast-forward to today, Little Moons is Europe’s leading mochi brand, with one of our treats being enjoyed every second.
